 From years of exploring meditation Ulle has realized that to be able to obtain a strong body firstly you need a strong mind.  She integrate this mind-set into the vinyasa class she teaches today.

 Combining focus with dynamic movements and deep release, all to be able to challenge your mind and body. With the use of breath with he movements it allows us to let go of baggage we carry mentally and to leave us feeling lighter and ready to take on life’s challenges. The beautiful mix of movements makes it accessible for everyone to not only build muscles but to look forward to their practice each day. These classes are accessible for everyone with simple postures that is easily modified to suit all mixture of people.
