 This 6-week course is suitable for 13-17 year olds of all levels and ability. Taught by Kesty. Learn how to strengthen and focus your mind while getting fit and toning your muscles. Find out how to use your breath to stay calm and confident.  Now is the perfect time to start a life long practice that promotes health and wellbeing, clarity and poise. Using a blend of ancient and newly developed techniques this yoga class builds strength and flexibility for both the mind and the body, bringing balance and calm to participants. Yoga promotes self awareness, giving you life long tools to help you handle any situation.
