This Spring Retreat is all about honoring the change of season, a beautiful time of contemplation. At this point we are poised between opposite forces, night and dark,  receptive and active and during this retreat we will invite you to unite these opposites, giving birth to actions from the heart.

All Yoga sessions are extra long for you to completely dive into the practice and untangle the knots in body and mind. The Morning practice will always start with a meditation followed by a 2-hour Vinyasa Flow practice, where the evening practice will be more restorative & will include deep guided relaxation, preparing you for some deep and restful sleep.  The practice is all levels and modifications are offered to make the practice fun for everyone. There will be a space for setting your Spring intentions and taking them with you in your personal practice.

The Teacher

Manon, Yoga Teacher, Retreat Teacher, Bristol, Bedminster, Yoga, Vinyasa FlowWith over 15 years of yoga practice and 4.5 years as a teacher, Manon has been offering seasonal Yoga practices for over 3 years. Since she has been practicing with the seasons Manon finds that she is more at ease within herself and more accepting of her own body and mind.  She loves sharing these practices with her students and is super excited about the retreat.  She offers yoga with a personal approach, meaning that she recognizes that everyone is different and tries to offer classes that are accessible and welcoming for everyone.

The Venue Forrest, land, llethrau, retreat location

Llethrau Farm is a beautiful gem set in a private valley, 1200ft up in the Cambrian Mountains, and  situated on a smallholding with 24 acres of forest, ancient trees, little streams, natural gardens and adjoining 2000 acres of heather-clad moorland. The quirky high quality cottages, sheperd’s huts, yurts and of course the yoga barn is situated in the grounds of an old farmhouse. A haven as the basis of a retreat or for nature lovers, walkers and those seeking tranquility. This is a private and peaceful setting, far away from the noise of traffic and the stress of city life.

Our food is made by Manon’s husband Rich. We both believe in the healing power of plants and we will offer you the nourishing support during this retreat weekend. There will be plenty of variety and amazing and colorful vegan dishes to be experienced.  We offer fresh, locally sourced and organic foods.  Our food is prepared free of refined sugars, gluten or dairy products but is nonetheless incredibly delicious and colorful. There will be different choices and there will be a great balance between healthy and wholesome meals and (chocolate) treats to nourish and inspire you!

​Herbal teas, fruits and snacks are on hand throughout the day!
