Manon, Yoga Teacher, Bristol Practicing yoga over 15 years, Manon truly fell in love with yoga over 6 years ago when taking an intensive week of lessons in Bali. She did not only see how yoga could help her but many others. From then on she decided to deepen her practice and followed a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Frog Lotus Yoga in 2013, the training was initially to deepen her own practice but feeling so passionate about yoga and her desire for a more mindful way of life let her to teaching yoga from then onwards.

Over the years her practice and her teaching evolved and she believes that yoga is for everyone and there is no need to accomplish a certain posture our outcome, it is simply about spending that time with yourself on the mat. When attending her Yoga classes she will  invite you to explore your natural movement and how by using the asanas (postures) and connective movements you can achieve great freedom in body and mind.  Manon does her best to offer you a class that is tailored to your needs.

Seasonal Workshops & Retreats:  Surrendering to the changes in her body with changes of the season she feels much more confident and at ease in her body and is dedicated to share this with her students. Check out the latest season workshops here.

Partner Yoga & Massage: Manon loves infusing her Thai Yoga Massage Training in her yoga practice, she feels that partner yoga is such a lovely way to open up and fully let go.

Mum & Baby Yoga Manon offers regular mum & baby yoga and massage courses and classes.  She offers a safe space where mums can let go, relax and connect with their babies and other mums, a practice that enhances baby’s & mum’s overall well-being.

Manon is passionate about yoga, nutrition, holistic therapies & life with nature. She keeps exploring all of the amazing things life has to offer and is continuously adding on to her knowledge. Currently she is passionate about movement from within the body and is focusing on following more natural movement based classes such as Scaravelli Yoga & 5 – Rhythms.

This fun course is a brilliant way to connect with your baby.
