ManDSCF0997on has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and truly fell in love with yoga practicing at a high quality yoga school in Bali in 2012 where she experienced how yoga could benefit herself and others.  In 2013 she passed her 200hr Vinyasa training qualification and has been teaching yoga in Bristol since.  Manon uses inspiration from her daily life in her yoga classes.  A busy day to day life can leave her with tension and body in mind and finds that a regular yoga & meditation practice really helps to keep her grounded and at ease with her body. In her classes Manon encourages her students to tune in,  creating more space in body and mind. A class with Manon includes meditation, a flow style class & relaxation . She welcomes all levels.

As a mum Manon really enjoyed the bonding experience of Mum & Baby yoga when her daughter was a baby, especially the gentle and nourishing approach it had when she needed it in times of sleep deprivation and getting used to new life as a mum.  She feels inspired to share this beautiful experience with other mums and support them in their healing process.

Manon is passionate about yoga, nutrition, holistic therapies & life with nature. She keeps exploring all of the amazing things life has to offer and is currently training to become a Thai Yoga Massage Therapists & exploring spirituality in her classes offering seasonal workshops & women’s circles.
