This is a style that works the body intelligently, encouraging power, grace and playfulness. Dynamic Vinyasa is inclusive of all body types! Whether young or old, male or female, big or small yoga increases strength, stamina and vitality in all bodies.

Jess is a professional contemporary dancer and a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. She discovered yoga through her dance training. Jess has trained at Laban, one of Europe’s leading dance conservatoires , Dartington College of Arts- a somatic and experimental movement training centre and has studied yoga in London, Mexico, New York and Morocco.
