Teaches: Vinyasa Flow


Clem’s draws on her experience to teacYoga Teacher, Clementine, Vinyasa Flow, Bedminster, Windmill Hill, Bristol, Southville, Knowle, Totterdown, Yoga Bristolh uplifting classes, her yoga journey began 10 years ago while studying at art school, yoga provided a therapeutic benefit as well as offering a greater awareness. Clem went on to complete her first 200hr training in Kerala, back in the UK she studied Vinyasa flow with Yoga London and has continued with trainings with Shiva Rea and yin with Norman Blair, Rainbow Kids Yoga and Yoga Birth, qualifying as a kids and pregnancy yoga teacher.

Clem teaches dynamic Vinyasa using an ever-changing sequence of Asana (aligning breath and movement), which allows her to respond to the energy in the room.  Her classes combine elements of Yin and Yang, to help balance out your energy and allow you to experience the unifying effects of Yoga for your body and mind.

As a passionate foodie Clem, launched the Yoga Brunch Club ( )in 2014.  These run as monthly events in Bristol and London combining a delicious mix of relaxing yoga followed by nourishing food. With past collaborations with Liberty London, The Guardian and The Soil Association.  The aim is to create a space for people to relax and not take themselves too seriously, even if you are a total beginner or have been practicing for years.
