6-week Beginners Course – An introduction to yoga

The six week beginners course is for all who are new to yoga or who would like to get a stronger foundation in yoga. During the course, we will get familiar with the basic yoga postures and alignment principles, synchronizing movement and breath, The course also includes an introduction to mantra, meditation, and yoga philosophy. This course serves as a safe foundation from which you may confidently investigate the different styles of yoga.

Dates:  21-February – 28- March

Time: 18:30-19:45

6-week Beginners course: The benefits of Yoga 

Did you just finish beginners course- An introduction to yoga, or are you a new student, a beginner, or a more experienced practitioner and would like to go back to the basics; This beginners course is a great course for everyone. We will gradually take the time to explore different asanas (postures) while offering you various alternatives to help you get the maximum benefit out of your practice. This course will focus on how you can apply yoga in your daily life and how yoga can help to aid our overall well-being.

Start date:  Wednesday the 10th of January- Wednesday the 14th of February (Fully Booked)

Time: 18:30-19:45

Price Course: £55

      Hi Danis, I couldn’t find your e-mail address in the post, hency my reply this way. Unfortunately this course is fully booked, however the new course is starting on the 4th of November. You can book on if you click on the book now link in the beginners course. Hope this helps.
